individual to support our business growth.

MARKETING MANAGER (MM)

Requirements
• Min. S1 degree
• Has at least 3 years experiences as Marketing Manager in multi
finance company (car financing)
• Has a good relationship with automotive distributor, dealer / show room
• Has good understanding about marketing strategy, credit process,
market research & product development
• Quantitative Skills
• Fluent in English
• Highly motivated, good communication skill and a good leadership

COLLECTION MANAGER (CM)

Requirements
• Min. S1 degree
• Has at least 3 years experiences as Collection Manager in multi
finance company (car financing)
• Has good understanding about AR management, credit calculation &
deviation procedure
• Fluent in English
• Highly motivated, good communication skill and a good leadership

BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

Requirements
• Min. S1 degree
• Has at least 3 years experiences as Branch Manager in multi finance
company (car financing)
• Has a good relationship with automotive distributor, dealer / show room
• Has ability to handle and control sales & collection activities
• Fluent in English
• Highly motivated, good communication skill and a good leadership

HR SPECIALIST (OD)

Requirements
• Min S1 Degree
• Min. 1 year experience in Organization Development Area
• Has good understanding about job analysis & performance management
• Able to communicate in English
